Account deletion

This page explains how to delete your account in the Bebe Loves You app (developer: A.I.D.A PFA) and what happens to your data.

1. In the app (recommended)

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on all devices.

2. Without the app

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, send an email to contact@arialconcept.ro from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my Bebe Loves You account”. We process the request within 30 days and confirm by email. For your protection, we may ask for additional identity confirmation.

3. What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, photo) — anonymized immediately;
• The child profiles you created and all their data (tracking, measurements, medical journal, development, photos) — inaccessible immediately, including for the people you shared them with, and permanently erased within 30 days;
• Your AI assistant conversations, shopping lists, devices and scheduled notifications.

4. What is kept and for how long

• Backups — erased within 90 days;
• Support tickets — up to 3 years after closure, to handle potential disputes;
• Security (audit) logs — up to 12 months;
• Tax and billing records — 10 years, as required by law.

5. Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it in the store where you bought it:

• Android (Google Play): the Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions;
• iPhone (App Store): Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
