Bebe Loves You is the journal for your baby, from birth to age 2 (developer: A.I.D.A PFA). If you have a question, a problem or a suggestion, get in touch.

1. In the app (recommended)

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Support → New ticket.
3. Describe what happened. Our reply appears in the same ticket, in the app.

Write to contact@arialconcept.ro. If you already have an account, write from your account's email address so we can find it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed in the store where you bought them:

• iPhone (App Store): Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions;
• Android (Google Play): the Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

I changed phones and my subscription is missing.

Sign in with the same account, open Subscription from Settings and tap Restore purchases.

How do I invite my partner or the grandparents?

In your child's profile, under Share code, generate an invitation code. The invited person enters it in their app. You choose whether they can edit the data or only view it.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. What is deleted and what is kept is explained on the Account deletion page.
